Load Sense is a real-time payload monitoring system for 100T-class dump trucks that detects underloading and overloading at the point of loading. Using onboard sensors and shovel-cabin communication links, it alerts operators instantly, helping optimise truck utilisation, protect vehicle health, and prevent revenue loss from partial loads or compliance risks from overloads.

Road Sense

AI-Enabled Haul Road Analysis

Road Sense uses drone-based AI-driven analysis to continuously monitor haul road conditions, identifying rutting, unevenness, and degradation that impact vehicle speed, fuel consumption, and safety. By flagging problem stretches early, it enables predictive maintenance scheduling, reducing tyre wear, cycle time losses, and accident risk across the haul network.

Grade Sense

AI Blast Hole Drilling Analytics for Real-Time Grade Control

Grade Sense analyzes drill parameters from blast holes in real time using AI/ML models (XGBoost, LSTM, 1D-CNN) to predict ore grade distribution before blasting. This enables precise ore-waste segregation, optimised blast design, and improved grade control, reducing dilution and maximising recovery in opencast and underground mines.
